KJ is originally from Texarkana, Texas. He is married to Brooklynne Reid and has one child, Kaybrienne Reid. KJ was a four-year letterwinner in football at Arkansas Tech University. A linebacker, KJ was a three-time All-Conference recipient (two-time first team) and one-time All-American.
