Maxine Krol joined the Mississippi State Athletic Academic staff in May 2020 and currently serves as the Assistant Director for Athletic Academics. In this role, she oversees the graduate assistant program and is the textbook coordinator, serves as an academic counselor for baseball and volleyball, is a member of the leadership team and also helps coordinate office operations.
Krol graduated from Mississippi State in May of 2020 with a master’s in sport administration where she served as a graduate assistant in Athletic Academics working with men’s and women’s track and field, volleyball and football. Prior to Mississippi State, Krol graduated from Millikin where she received a bachelor’s in both athletic training and sport management. During her time at Millikin, Krol was also a member of the basketball and cross country teams.
Krol, originally from the Chicagoland area, now resides in Starkville.
