- Rachel Wannek's Career Statistics
AS A FRESHMAN (2009)
• Made an immediate impact up front in her freshman season, finishing second on the squad with 10 points.
• Scored four goals, second-most on the team, and assisted on two more.
• Connected on both penalty kicks she attempted.
• Played 1,078 minutes, seeing action in 18 games and starting 12 of those.
• Involved in both goals in State's season-opening win against Jackson State, netting a penalty kick in the 2nd minute and assisting Monica Alvarado's game-winner in the 59th minute.
• Came back two days later and put a penalty kick in the back of the net in the Dawgs' 3-2 win against Morehead State.
• Headed in the game-winner in the 98th minute as MSU defeated Troy.
• Nailed a goal from 25 yards out as State tied No. 8 South Carolina 1-1.
• Assisted on Lauren Morgan's game-winner against Kentucky.

• Claimed four international caps playing for her native Canada.
