Grabbed two top-10 finishes to open the year at the Bulldog Relays (3/23), taking sixth in the 400m and fifth in the 400m hurdles … Ran on the fourth-place distance medley relay at the Florida Relays (3/29) where he also ran the 400m hurdles … Placed third with a time of 53.20 in the 400m hurdles at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) … Finished ninth in the 400m hurdles at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … Ran the Bulldogs’ season-best 4x400m relay at the Penn Relays (4/28) where MSU clocked a 3:04.61 … Also ran the open 400m hurdles … Finished 14^th in the 400m hurdles at the SEC Championships (5/11) and ran on the 4x400m relay … Advanced to the 400m hurdles quarterfinals at the NCAA East Prelims (5/26) where he ran a season-best 51.06 … Also ran on the 4x400m relay that advanced to Oregon with a sixth-place finish … Competed on the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Championships (6/6) where the Bulldogs finished 12^th.

2018 Indoor Season

Opened the season with a ninth-place finish in the 4x400m relay and a time of 1:25.84 in the 600m at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/12) … Ran a 49.21 in the 400m at the Music City Challenge (2/9) … Ran the 800m in 2:03.53 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) to finish 37^th and competed on the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth.

Made his season debut at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/13), running 1:05.83 in the 500m dash to finish 11^th… Took 19th in the 400m dash at the Razorback Invitational (1/27), running 48.79 ... Finished 30th in the 400m dash at the SEC Championships (2/24), running a time of 48.13.

2016 Outdoor Season

Placed fourth in the 400m hurdles at Alabama Relays (3/17), posting a time of 53.28 ... Member of a 4x400m relay team which finished second at the Alabama Relays … Won the 400m hurdles at the Florida State Relays (3/25) with a time of 52.20 ... His 4x400m relay team captured first place at the Florida State relays, posting a time of 3:10.00 ... Finished third in the 400m dash at the South Alabama Invitational (4/14) with a time of 48.20 ... His 4x400m relay team also captured first again at the South Alabama Invitational ... Won the 400m hurdles at the Jace LaCoste Invitational (4/30) with a time of 51:24, which was a personal best time ... His 4x400m relay team captured first for the third time during the season at the Jace LaCoste invitational ... Finished seventh at the SEC Championships (5/12) in the 400m hurdle finals with a time of 51.82 ... Finished sixth in the 400m hurdles prelims at the NCAA East Prelims (5/26) to qualify for the quarterfinal where he finished 13th overall ... Placed 16th after running a time of 1:24.04 in the 600m run at the Purple Tiger Invitational (1/8) … Posted a time of 48.23 to finish fourth in the 400m dash at the Commodore Invitational (1/15) ... Was part of the 4x400m relay team that brought home first place at the Commodore Invitational with a time of 3:09.56 ... Before the Bulldogs

Ran all four years at Donna High School … Turned in his best time in the 300m hurdles at 36.71 ... Set his high school personal best in the 110m hurdles as a junior with a time of 14.07 ... Voted MVP of his team all four years of high school, where he was also a team captain … Qualified for the state championships all four years and twice won gold in the 300m hurdles … Won two bronze medals at state in the 110m hurdles … Also played football and basketball.
