2019 Outdoor Season

Opened the season by running his first career 800m at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/22) where he placed second in 1:52.94 … Also ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay team the following day and finished third in the 400m hurdles, running 51.98 … Ran 52.37 in the 400m hurdle prelims at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (3/28) … Also ran the 4x400m relay at Texas where his team placed third … Competed in the 400m hurdles at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/12) and SEC Championships (5/9) … Finished in a season-best 50.95 in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Prelims (5/24), finishing 16^th.

Opened the season with a personal-best 48.18 in the open 400m at the Bulldog Relays (3/23) where he placed fifth … Also took third in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.36 … Placed fourth at the Florida Relays (3/30) with a time of 51.81 in the 400m hurdles … Took 11^th-place in the open 400m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) where he was also part of the second-place 4x400m relay team … Finished fourth in the 400m hurdles at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … Ran the 400m hurdles and one leg of the distance medley relay at the Penn Relays (4/27) … Scored in the 400m hurdles with a seventh-place finish at the SEC Championships (5/13) … Ran a personal-best 50.62 in the 400m hurdles to advance to Oregon as the 10^th-place qualifier from the NCAA East Prelims (5/25) … Was the Bulldogs’ top finisher in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Championships (6/6), placing 15^th in 52.01.

2017 Outdoor Season (At N.C. Central)

Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays (3/17) … Competed in the 400m at the Raleigh Relays (3/24) … VertKlasse Meeting (3/31) along with competing on the 4x400m relay … Ran the 200m for the first time in his collegiate career at the High Point … Placed fourth in the 200m and sixth in the 400m at the Campbell Open (4/7) where his 4x400m relay team finished second … A member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth at the Aggie Invitational (4/14) while also running the 400m hurdles … Took 14^th in the 400m hurdles at the Duke Invitational (4/21) … Ran a then-personal-best time of 52.75 in hurdle prelims … Also ran on the 4x400m relay … Placed sixth at the MEAC Championships (5/4) in the 400m hurdles … Posted a time of 53.43 in the 400m at the Aggie Last Chance (5/14).
