Competed in the 3000m steeplechase and the 5000m at the SEC Championships (5/10) … ran on the fifth-place 4x400m relay team at the Southern Miss Open (4/27) … competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17), finishing in 9:49.48 … ran the 1500m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/11) … ran on the Bulldogs’ 4x1500m relay team that placed second at the Raleigh Relays (3/30) with the third-fastest time in school history at 15:47.53 … also ran the open 1500m at Raleigh … placed third in his first career 3000m steeplechase at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/22), running a personal-best 9:17.95.

2019 Indoor Season

Finished 22^nd in the mile prelims at the SEC Championships (2/22), running 4:24.15, while also running the mile leg of the DMR later in the day … placed 14^th in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/9) with a time of 4:12.86 … earned a 12^th-place finish in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19), running 4:15.54 … finished fifth in the 1000m at the Blazer Invitational (1/11), running 2:29.71.

2018 Cross Country Season

Ran a personal-best 35:56.6 in the 10K at the NCAA South Regional Championships (11/9) … finished 214th in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (10/13) … was the second Bulldog to cross the finish at the Greater Louisville Classic (9/29) with a personal-best 8K of 25:32.1 ... ran the 8K at the Falcon Classic (9/15) in 26:22.63.

2018 Outdoor Season

Closed his season with a victory at the Penn Relays (4/28) where the Bulldogs won the college distance medley relay in 9:49.85 … finished the 1500m at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) in 4:07.42 … placed second in the 800m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) with a personal-best 1:53.77 … ran a personal-best 1500m at the Florida Relays (3/30) where he finished in 3:49.62 and also competed on the fourth-place distance medley relay … opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1500m at the Bulldog Relays (3/23) where he also ran on the 4x800m relay that placed third.

2018 Indoor Season

Competed in the mile at the SEC Championships (2/24) … ran a personal-best 4:09.88 in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/9) … ran the mile at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/12) in 4:37.06 and competed on the winning distance medley relay team.

2017 Cross Country Season

Ran in three meets for the Bulldogs … completed the Paul Short Gold 8K (9/29) in 26:00.00 … finished 17^th at the Falcon Classic (9/16) with a time of 27:42.10 in the 8K … ran the 6K at the Golden Eagle Duals (9/2) in 20:32.50.

2017 Outdoor Season

Appeared in the 1500m at the SEC Championships (5/11), finishing in 3:54.77 … ran the 4x800m and the distance medley at the SEC Relays (4/28), finishing third in both … finished second in the 1500m at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/22) with a time of 3:52.44 … turned in a personal-best time of 3:50.08 in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13) … ran the 1500m in 3:50.74 at the Florida Relays (3/30) while also competing on the distance medley relay team that finished second … came in second in the 1500m at the Bulldog Relays (3/17) with a time of 3:54.26

2016 Cross Country Season

Competed in four events during the year … placed 155th in the Crimson Classic 8K (10/14) … ran in the Roy Griak Invitational 8K (9/24), finishing in 28:46.1 … took 105th at the Commodore Classic with a time of 26:38.3 (9/17) with a time of 27:16.6 … finished 88th at the Memphis Twilight (9/3) in his first race of the season.

2016 Outdoor Season

Finished 30th at the SEC Championships (5/12) in the 1500m run, posting a time of 3:58.12 … won the 1500m event at the Jace LaCoste Invitational (4/30) with a time of 3:53.35 ... finished 10th in the 1500m run at the Florida State Relays (3/25), posting a time of 4:00.49 ... member of the distance medley relay team which captured second at the Alabama Relays (3/17).

2016 Indoor Season

Finished eighth at the Music City Challenge, running the mile in 4:12.89 … part of the 4x800m relay team that brought home third place at the Armory Track Invitational (2/5) with a time of 4:45.93 … posted a time of 4:17.03 in the mile run to finish 24^th at the Conference Clash/Power 5 Invitational (1/22).

2015 Cross Country Season

Turned in an 8K time of 26:43.3 at the Alabama Crimson Classic (10/16) … finished the Commodore Classic 8K (9/19) in 28:21.8 … placed 49^th at the Memphis Twilight Classic 4K (9/5) with a time of 21:34.2.

Before the Bulldogs

Lettered four years in track and field and served as a team captain at Norwalk High School where he competed in the 800m and 1600m ... was a three-time first-team all-state honoree ... also played soccer and was named first-team all-state.
