Lexi Sosa, who exhausted her eligibility with the Mississippi State softball team in the 2025 season, remained on staff as a graduate manager. She played two seasons as a graduate transfer in Starkville.

Sosa was one of State's school-record six all-region selections in 2025. She played in 51 games that spring, making 40 starts in the circle and as the designated player. She launched 10 homers in her senior season, and 63 percent of her hits on the year went for extra bases.
Sosa posted a 3-1 record in the circle while picking up two saves and finishing just two strikeouts shy of her single-season career high.

The San Diego, California, native is pursuing a master's degree in workforce education leadership. Sosa primarily assists the staff with operations in the office, analytic data collection specifically for the pitching staff and camp administration and is able to throw batting practice throughout the week.
