One of two three-time Olympians in school history ... the only two-time Olympic medalist as an athlete in MSU history and the only Bulldog to win multiple medals at a single games ... competed at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and reached the 400m final and ran the anchor leg on Nigeria's 4x400m relay ... won bronze in the 400m at the 1996 Atlanta Games, becoming the first Nigerian to win an individual Olympic medal ... clocked in at 49.10, which still stands as an African record and was 10th fastest in world history at the time ... also won silver as the anchor leg on the 4x400m relay ... made her Olympic debut at the 1988 Seoul Games running leadoff on Nigeria's 4x400m relay and reaching the quarterfinals of the 200m ... was a five time All-American selection at MSU in the 100m, 200m, and 400m ...
