Mike Stacchiotti joined MSU in 2018. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, he was the Associate Director of Football Sports Performance at the University of Cincinnati during the 2017 football season. Preceding his stint at Cincinnati, Stacchiotti spent two years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Colorado State University (2015-17) where he earned his Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training Specialization.

Stacchiotti began his collegiate coaching career as an Intern Strength Coach at Mississippi State in 2015 and has prior experience as a Head Strength Coach at Girard [OH] High School and Assistant Strength Coach of Youngstown [OH] Ursuline High School.

Stacchiotti earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Orthopedic Assessment and Treatment from Baldwin Wallace University where he was also a three-year letterman and captain of the football team. He played middle linebacker and fullback. His father, Jim, played at Syracuse University.
