FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Due to NCAA regulations, Bully's Kids Club memberships are available for children ages 12 and under.
Members will receive an email once tickets are uploaded to their account and ready for download into their digital wallet. Details on mobile ticketing can be found HERE.
If a BKC membership is purchased during non-traditional business hours and the member’s mobile ticket is not yet available, the member may visit the ticket window and provide their account information for ticket lookup and admission.
The membership term runs August 3 - May 31.
Families purchasing memberships for more than one child may select the desired membership quantity and add multiple memberships to their cart during checkout. During the checkout process, purchasers will be prompted to provide the required information for each individual child, including the child’s name, T-shirt size and other applicable membership details. Please ensure all information is accurate before completing the order.

Membership packages will be mailed out beginning September 11. All orders purchased by August 31 will receive their shipment by the Missouri home football game.

In an effort to place a greater focus on expanding event opportunities and creating more memorable experiences for Bully’s Kids Club members, points accumulated during previous membership years will not be redeemable during the 2026–27 season.
Any existing Bully’s Kids Club mobile passes from previous academic years are no longer valid and will not scan in-venue at events. Members are encouraged to remove old digital passes to avoid confusion.
