2025 Football Season Ticket Renewal Information
Thank you for your continued commitment to Mississippi State Football and support of our young student-athletes. Your presence at Davis Wade Stadium has created one of college football’s most electric atmospheres and gives us an advantage every home Saturday in the fall. It’s no secret that State fans and their cowbells are the reason that Starkville is such a special place for SEC football.
As you’ve hopefully already seen, a major upgrade is coming to Davis Wade Stadium for the 2025 season with a state-of-the-art LED lighting system. In case you missed Tuesday’s big announcement, you can read more about it right here.
Fresh off the excitement of that announcement and the momentum around our highly rated recruiting classes which rank Top 10 and Top 15 for the transfer portal and Top 25 for high school and junior college, we are excited to let you know that season ticket renewals for the upcoming Mississippi State Football season are now available.
With spring practice around the corner, head coach Jeff Lebby’s squad featuring more than 50 new team members is hard at work in the weight room for winter workouts. As Coach Lebby told the team last week during its first offseason meeting: “I’ve had a lot of conversations with those inside our program on what it needs to look like to change. And I have total confidence it’s about to happen. For us to go do what we want to do – it’s a behavior of earning it every single day. We have the right pieces in here, now it’s time to go chase it every day. Leaders lead. Let’s get ready to have a great winter.”

We all recognize that college sports are undergoing massive changes, and that is especially true in football. Innovative, data-driven revenue growth is going to be critical to the sustainability and competitiveness of every athletics department. An in-depth analysis of season ticket pricing in the SEC and among other Power Four schools shows that, for decades, our ticket prices have been significantly under the market rate and that Mississippi State Athletics has been well short of our peers in revenue generation. Prioritizing cost-effectiveness and affordability for State fans while rising to meet the many challenges of the changing college athletics landscape – including anticipated revenue sharing for student-athletes and rising operational costs – is a central focus for us.
As we continue to gear up for the 2025 campaign, we wanted to share some important information on the season ticket renewal process and how we plan to stay competitive:
- Following our detailed review, prices for football season-ticket packages and Bulldog Club per-seat contribution requirements in various sections of Davis Wade Stadium will be adjusted to keep us at pace with our peers.
- We recognize budget is important to many of those who support us, so student tickets and seats in sections 8-17 of the stadium will remain the same. It’s our hope that there is a ticket entry level for every fan who wants to attend State games and cheer for our players.
- New for 2025, Bulldog Club seating contributions will now be included in your ticket renewal process to create an easier one-stop process for securing your seats for next season.
It is vital we keep up with our peers across the SEC. Fifteen of 16 SEC schools are expected to increase their football season tickets for 2025 – those dollars have a direct impact on their ability to compete on the field. Our ticket growth helps keep State football competitive in college sports’ toughest conference, while ensuring the highest value with average prices that continue to be in the lower third of the SEC.
