Lady Bulldog Netters Host Southeastern Louisiana Saturday
STARKVILLE , Miss. ?€“ Mississippi State 's lady netters play host to Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday, Feb. 17, at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre. The match is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
The Lady Bulldogs enter the contest with a 2-2 record and lead the Lions 4-0 with an all-time series record. In the last meeting [Feb. 24, 1996] between the two schools, State took the contest 5-0 at home.
SLU comes into the match carrying a 3-2 record. The Lady Lions traveled to No. 50 Mississippi Thursday evening and dropped a 4-3 decision.
Following Saturday's match, the Lady Bulldogs will be back in action next Thursday, Feb. 22, as they host Louisiana-Lafayette. The match is slated to begin at 2 p.m. at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre.
