Day One Of NCAA Track Championships Postponed

AUSTIN, Texas -- The first day of competition at the NCAA Track and Field Championships was postponed on Wednesday due to inclement weather in the area. The championships are being held at the Mike A. Myers Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas.
The only events completed were the women's heptathlon 100m hurdles, the prelims of the women's 4x100m relay and a portion of the women's javelin.
The Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs had no competitors in any of the events of the day. State was schedule to compete in the prelims of the men's 4x100m relay, long jump and 400m.
