Mississippi State Preps For First Spring Scrimmage
"We'll go full speed and find out what we have here," MSU head football coach Sylvester Croom said. "I want to see how much we've accomplished; how far we are."
"I know that we have to get the attitude right around here," Croom said. "We had a good day yesterday, but just an average day today. We've got to learn how to work, and learn how to win."
"We have enough talent here to compete," the coach continued. "But we have no idea how to win; what it takes to win."
The Bulldogs also essentially reached the halfway point in spring practice with Friday's shoulder pads-only workout. After Saturday's scrimmage, just seven practice days, two of which will be scrimmages remain.
