Sophomore Joe Deraney is in a tie for 13th-place and the current team leader with a one-over par showing after 18 holes (73). Three strokes behind Deraney is teammate Codie Mudd at four-over par. Mudd finished the day in a tie for 31st-place.
Tied for 47th-place, Kellen Maurer shot a 78, six-over par. Craig Horrocks is in a tie for 51st-place after a seven-over par showing. Jay Giannetto is one stroke behind Horrocks at 80. Giannetto is tied for 61st-place after 18 holes.
Leading the field is host Auburn at one-under par (287). Tyler McKeever of Auburn is in first place after 18 holes with a four-under par (68).
