Mullen, Prescott To Represent MSU on SEC Network Takeover July 6

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Mississippi State head football coach Dan Mullen and senior quarterback Dak Prescott will represent the Bulldogs as part of the SEC Network’s 24 hours of programming devoted entirely to MSU Athletics on Monday, July 6.
SEC Network is turning its television schedule over to each of the 14 institutions in the Southeastern Conference for two weeks in its first “SEC Network Takeover” initiative. Programming will include classic games, films, ESPN original content and some school-produced content. (Note: The re-airing of NCAA postseason games is not permitted by the NCAA and will not be shown during the takeover.)
The complete schedule of MSU’s July 6 SEC Network “Takeover” will be announced on Thursday, July 2.
Mullen and Prescott filmed commercials for the event, while also recapping the memorable 2014 season that saw the Bulldogs claim 10 wins and reach No. 1 for the first time in program history.
For their efforts, Mullen was named 2014 National Coach of the Year by the Maxwell Football Club and Prescott was a finalist for the Maxwell Award, presented to college football’s most outstanding player.
