Three MSU Football Games Set For ESPN Family of Networks

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Three of Mississippi State’s 2015 football game times have been set and will be televised on the ESPN family of networks as the Southeastern Conference unveiled 32 designations on Thursday.
The Bulldogs’ home opener against LSU on Sept. 12 in Davis Wade Stadium will feature an 8:15 p.m. CT kickoff on ESPN. A week later on Sept. 19, MSU hosts Northwestern State at 3 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.
For the third time in three seasons, the Bulldogs will be part of ESPN’s College Football Primetime Thursday package when MSU travels to defending Eastern Division champion Missouri on Nov. 5 for an 8 p.m. CT kickoff.
All three of the contests will also be available online at WatchESPN.com or via the Watch ESPN app on mobile devices.
The Bulldogs, coming off their highest final ranking since 1940, open the 2015 campaign at Southern Miss on Sept. 5 in Hattiesburg. The season-opener will be televised by Fox Sports 1 and carry a 9 p.m. CT kick.
The remainder of MSU’s game times and network designations will be determined by the SEC later in the season.
