Soccer Posts Record GPA In Spring Semester
STARKVILLE, Miss. – Aaron Gordon’s Mississippi State soccer team excelled in the classroom once again, posting a program-record 3.56 grade-point average for the spring semester.
The record GPA led Mississippi State student-athletes to a 3.0 cumulative average for the first time ever, and it helped MSU women’s sports post a record 3.30 overall GPA.
McKenzie Adams, SEC All-Freshman Team selection Mallory Eubanks, Jen Huckaby, Shannen Jainudeen and Shelby Jordan were all named to the President’s Scholar List after posting 4.0 averages for the semester. Newcomer Carly Mauldin joined them in recording a 4.0.
Eleven Bulldogs earned Dean’s List honors: Jamila Coner, Rhylee DeCrane, Tanya de Souza, Kelly Dorney, Payton Gruenewald, Alex Hammett, Kayleigh Henry, Morgan Mills, Kirby Retherford, Peyton Shaffer and Katelyn Watson.
