Mullen To Play in Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Charity Golf Challenge

GREENSBORO, Ga. – Mississippi State head football coach Dan Mullen will team up with former Bulldog Fred McCrary to compete in the ninth annual Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge charity golf tournament, April 26-28, at the Reynolds Plantation resort on Lake Oconee outside Atlanta.
The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge main event features 13 pairings that include a university head coach and a celebrity or former athlete from the same school competing in a scramble format against other university teams from around the country. The tournament will be broadcast on ESPNU in August and December.
Mullen and McCrary have combined to win over $140,000 for charity at the event in the past. Last year, the two finished second out of 11 teams to claim $70,000 for charity with a 9-under par score.
