Road Dawgs Tour 2014 Kicks Off Next Week
STARKVILLE, Miss. -- The annual Mississippi State Road Dawgs Tour, featuring athletic department and university officials, kicks off Monday, May 5 with stops in Hattiesburg and Biloxi.
The fan friendly event will feature head football coach Dan Mullen, who begins his sixth season after leading the Bulldogs to four consecutive bowl games for the first time in school history.
Mullen will be joined by men’s basketball head coach Rick Ray on the May 5-6 tour stops. Women’s basketball head coach Vic Schaefer will make the May 7-8 stops in Huntsville, Memphis and Philadelphia.
