STARKVILLE, Miss. - No. 10 Mississippi State opens a four-game road swing in the Volunteer State Tuesday (Apr. 23) with a 6:30 p.m. game against the Memphis Tigers at beautiful AutoZone Park, the home of the Triple A Memphis Redbirds. It’s the second half of a pro/college twinbill, with the Redbirds hosting the Iowa Cubs in a 2 p.m. game.
Bulldog fans are encouraged to take advantage of the Redbirds’ “TWO’s DAY” promotional specials with 2-for-1 pricing on certain tickets and two-dollar specials at the concession stands. Tickets are good for admission to both the Redbirds-Cubs and the Bulldogs-Tigers games of the Tuesday doubleheader. MSU closes out its April schedule with three games this weekend (Apr. 26-28) against SEC-leading Vanderbilt at Charles Hawkins Field: Friday (6:30 p.m.), Saturday (12 noon) and Sunday (1 p.m.).
