MSU Baseball Signee C.T. Bradford Tabbed Florida's Mr. Baseball

STARKVILLE, Miss. - A member of Mississippi State University's 2009-2010 baseball recruiting class has been honored as the 2010 Mr. Baseball for the state of Florida.
Shortstop/pitcher C.T. Bradford, who helped lead Pace (Fla.) High School to a 29-2 record and the top spot in the ESPN Rise Fab 50 national ranking, was announced Friday as the Florida Dairy Farmers Player of the Year. His coach, Charlie Warner, was honored as the
state's coach of the year. It's the 18th year the Florida Dairy Farmers, Inc. have sponsored the Mr. Baseball award.
Bradford starred on the mound and at the plate at Pace High School in 2010. The southpaw compiled a 12-0 pitching mark with a 1.19 earned run average and 95 strikeouts in helping lead the Patriots to the Class 5A state title. At the plate Bradford hit .473 with 13 doubles, six home runs, 27 RBI and 45 runs scored.
Bradford is the son of Mike Bradford, Mississippi State's starting third baseman in 1982 and 1983.
