BancorpSouth Road Dawgs Tour Set; To Make 12 Stops Over 5 Days
STARKVILLE, Miss. - The Mississippi State Athletic Department, working with the university's alumni association, has announced its schedule for the 2010 BancorpSouth Road Dawgs Tour set to begin on April 26. Head football coach Dan Mullen will headline the 12-stop trek, which will include visits to nine Mississippi cities and a trio of stops in Alabama and Tennessee.
The annual circuit is an opportunity for university and athletic department officials to visit fans throughout the region. This year's tour will begin with lunch in Batesville on Monday, April 26, and concludes Friday, April 30 in McComb.
"We had a great reception last year at every stop, and we're excited to get out and see our fans again this year," Mullen said. "We'll be repaying the visit after everybody makes the trip up here to see us on April 17th for the spring game."
