Maroon-White Spring Football Game To Be Televised Live

STARKVILLE, Miss. ? Mississippi State’s 2009 Maroon-White Spring Football Game on Saturday, April 18 will be televised live by Comcast Sports Southeast, the athletic department announced Thursday.
“This is another great opportunity for people around the region to see what Mississippi State is all about,” head coach Dan Mullen said. “A chance for us to put on display the passion that not only our team will play with but also that our fans and students have for this university.”
The Maroon-White game is scheduled to kickoff at 5:30 p.m., and a full day of activities will lead up to the game as part of Super Bulldog Weekend.
Mullen’s team will begin spring practice on March 24 and will conclude its NCAA mandated 15-practice spring session with the Maroon-White game on April 18.
