Mississippi State Announces 2009 Spring Football Practice Schedule

STARKVILLE, Miss. ? Mississippi State head football coach Dan Mullen announced Monday the dates and times of his team’s 2009 spring practice schedule. The Bulldogs will practice an NCAA mandated 15 times beginning on Tuesday, March 24 and concluding with the Maroon-White Game on Saturday, April 18.
“Our players are working extremely hard to get ready, and we’ll hit the fields at full speed on March 24th,” Mullen said. “We’re excited to get started and hope all of our fans can come visit us during the spring, and we EXPECT to see everybody on campus April 18th.”
The team will practice three times the first week, and four days each of the following three weeks. Weekday sessions will begin at 3:30 p.m., and Saturday practices will get underway at 10 a.m. All practices will be open to the public.
