Fetzer Named Assistant Coach For World Junior Championships
STARKVILLE, Miss. ? Mississippi State assistant track and field coach Bryan Fetzer has been named a men’s assistant coach for the United States for the 2008 World Junior Championships. The event will be held July 8-13 in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
John Moon will serve as the team’s head coach and joining Fetzer as assistant coaches are Rod Staggs, Jackie Richards and Charles Harris.
Fetzer has served on the U.S. Women’s Coaches Association Executive Committee since 2003. On the international level, Fetzer served as World University Games Assistant Coach for Uganda in 2001 and assistant coach of the NACAC Under 23 Championship squad in Jamaica. He has also served on the NJCAA Track and Field Coaches Association Executive Committee.
