2019 Outdoor Season

ran on the winning 4x800m relay at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/23) that crossed the line in 9:07.20 for the fifth-fastest time in school history … competed in the 400m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/12), crossing the line in 59.48… posted a personal-best 59.42 in the 400m at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/20)…competed on State’s 4x800m relay that placed fifth at the National Relays (4/27) … was also part of one of State’s 4x400m relay teams and ran the open 400m.

2019 Indoor Season

Ran 2:26.44 in the 800m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9).

Before the Bulldogs

Graduated from Central High School … ran the 400m, 800m, 4x100m and 4x200m relays for Central … was part of the state championship 4x400m relay team in 2018 … won the 2018 MLK Indoor Track Classic 400m in 57.51 … finished third in the 400m at the 2017 AHSAA Outdoor Championships … was runner-up in both the 400m and 800m at the 2017 AHSAA Indoor Championships … won the 2016 ASHAA Indoor Championship in the 400m as a sophomore with a then-meet record time of 58.07 … claimed the 2015 ASHAA Outdoor Championship in the 800m.
