2019 Outdoor Season

Finished sixth and scored in the 800m at the SEC Championships (5/11) … ran 1:48.96 for the second-fastest time in the prelims … placed ninth in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/20) … crossed the line with the then-No. 2 time nationally in the 800m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/12), taking nearly three seconds off his personal best to finish in 1:47.06 … placed second in the 800m at the Bobcat Invitational (3/30), running 1:52.18 … opened the year on the sprint medley relay at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/22) where his team finished second … also placed fourth in the 4x400m relay the following day.

2019 Indoor Season

Placed fifth in the 800m final at the SEC Championships (2/23) with a mark of 1:49.63 … qualified for the 800m final at the SEC Championships (2/22) with a season-best time of 1:49.59 … ran a then-season-best 1:49.69 in the 800m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9), finishing fourth … placed seventh in the 800m at the Razorback Invitational (1/26), running 1:50.10 … finished second in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19), with a time of 1:49.92 that was third-best in the nation that week.

2018 Outdoor Season

Ran the 800m at the SEC Championships (5/11), finishing in 1:51.66 … was part of the school record-setting and Championship of America-winning 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays (4/28), crossing the line in 7:14.16, the nation's best outdoor time of the season … also ran on the distance medley relay that won the college division in 9:49.85 … placed fifth in the 800m and second in the 4x800m relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … helped post the third-fastest 4x800m relay time in school history (7:22.43) with a fourth-place finish at the Florida Relays (3/31) … also ran the 400m in 49.42 … won the 4x800m relay to open the season at the Bulldog Relays (3/23) and also posted a personal-best 49.32 in the 400m.

2018 Indoor Season

Took home a bronze medal and second-team All-SEC honors in the 800m at the SEC Championships (2/24) where he ran a personal-best 1:49.21 in the prelims which was the fifth-fastest mark in MSU indoor history … placed 11^th in the 800m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9) and ran on the 4x400m relay … placed 10^th in the 800m and the 4x400m relay at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) … finished fifth at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) with a time of 1:50.10 … opened the season at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/12) where he ran the 600m and 4x400m.

2017 Outdoor Season

Competed in the 800m at the USATF Junior Championships (6/22) where he finished fourth with a time of 1:50.10 … selected to the NCAA East Prelims (5/25) where he placed 37^th in the 800m … finished 13^th at the SEC Championships (5/11) with a 1:53.06 … ran on the 4x800m and DMR teams at the SEC Relays (4/28), finishing third in both events … placed seventh in the 800m at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/22) … won the 1500m in 4:07.68 at the South Alabama Invitational (4/15) while also running on the winning 4x400m relay team … finished fourth at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) in the 800m with a personal-best 1:50.01 matching his best indoor time of the year … ran on the second-place DMR team at the Florida Relays (3/30) … competed in the 4x800m relay at 1600m SMR at the Bulldog Relays (3/17) to open the season.

2017 Indoor Season

Grabbed 11th in the 800m prelims at the SEC Championships (2/24), running 1:51.51 … turned in a 1:50.80 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) and ran on the 4x400m relay that placed sixth … posted a then-personal-best 800m time at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) in Boston, clocking in at 1:50.01 to finish fifth … also ran on the DMR team ... grabbed a sixth-place finish at the Razorback Invitational (1/27), posting a time of 1:51.80 in the 800m while also running on the DMR team that finished sixth ... finished third in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) and ran on the 4x400m relay … made his MSU debut in the 600m run at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/13), posting a mark of 1:19.96 in a second-place finish.

Before the Bulldogs

Attended Spain Park High School where he set the Alabama state meet record with a 1:55.51 in the 800m to win the indoor state championship … he also took second in the 400m at that meet … won three 800m state titles in his career … became the first member of his high school to attend the Brooks PR Invitational in 2016 … holds the Alabama high school record in the 800m at 1:51.64 … also played football and basketball.
