Saw significant playing time as a freshman, appearing in 15 matches with a pair of starting nods… Logged 391 minutes in her first year on campus, including a season-high 77 minutes vs. Auburn on Sept. 29… Netted both of her goals on Sept. 3 in a 6-2 win vs. Colgate.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Three-time team MVP and all-state performer at Faith Academy in Mobile, Alabama… Coached by Jon Sauers… Earned all-county honors in 2013, 2015 and 2016… Named Coastal Player of the Year by AL.com… Played in the Battle of the Bay All-Star Game from 2014-16 and was named the MVP in 2015… As a freshman, scored 20 goals and had nine assists… Tallied 32 goals and 12 assists as a sophomore… Scored 35 goals and had 13 assists in her junior campaign… Also ran track in 2016… Played club soccer for coach Shane Kowalski with Gulf Coast United Futbol Club in Gulfport, Mississippi… Helped her team to the Mississippi state championships in 2015.

PERSONAL: Born Gracie Noelle East on October 20, 1998 in Olongapo, Philippines… Daughter of Shawn and Jennifer East… Has four siblings: Zachery, Brandon, Samuel and Bralynn… Was adopted at five years old when she was in South Korea… Chose MSU because of the beautiful campus, great facilities and welcoming teammates… Intends to study business marketing at MSU… Biggest fear is clowns… Biggest pet peeve is the sound of utensil scraping on a glass plate… Favorite player is Megan Rapinoe of the United States Women’s National Team… Favorite food is spaghetti.
