TEAM NOTES
- Mississippi State fell 88-68 at Texas A&M on Wednesday evening at Reed Arena.
- The opening minutes 10 minutes featured three ties and four lead changes before the Aggies used a 13-2 spurt to break a 21-21 tie to take an 11-point advantage with 6:05 remaining in the first half.
- Texas A&M carried a 44-33 lead into the locker room and would maintain a double-digit advantage throughout the second half.
- The Aggies hold an 11-10 all-time series advantage on the strength of a 7-2 record in games played in Bryan-College Station.
- State is 10-5 this season and 66-23 over the last four seasons under coach Jans when shooting 40.0 percent or higher.
- The Bulldogs are 8-2 this season and 61-11 under Coach Jans when shooting a higher field goal percentage than their opponent.
- State is 7-3 this season and 55-18 over the last four seasons under Coach Jans when outrebounding its opponent. The Bulldogs won the battle of the boards by a 39-37 margin.

- Brandon Walker (16), King Grace (13), Josh Hubbard (12) and Jayden Epps (11) were the four State players to reach double digits.

Josh Hubbard

- Opened up scoring for State with a midrange jumper on the right wing.
- Provided 12 points on 5-of-14 from the floor and a 2-for-8 clip from three-point territory.
- Secured double figures for the 18th time this season, the 37th time over his last 38 outings (01/11/2025-01/21/2026) and for the 81st time in 88 career games.
- The 12 points enabled Hubbard to pass Ray White (1967-77-78-79) to claim 6th place on Mississippi State's all-time scoring list.
- The junior guard now sits 185 points behind Rickey Brown (1976-77-78-79) for 5th place.
- Extended his school-record to 66 consecutive games (02/07/2024-01/21/2026) with at least one three-pointer.
- The 66-game run ties Marshall Henderson of Ole Miss for the SEC record for consecutive games with a three-pointer made.
