Soccer Releases Spring Exhibition Schedule

STARKVILLE – Nick Zimmerman will lead his squad into its first game action this spring with a six-match exhibition schedule beginning March 6.

The Bulldogs will play three SEC programs, and fans can catch the reigning SEC Champions at home at the MSU Soccer Field three times this spring.

State's first match of the spring will be at home against Mississippi College at 7 p.m. CT on March 6. The Bulldogs then take a short road trip to conference foe Alabama on Saturday, March 22. That game will kick off at 3 p.m.

The Bulldogs will be at home twice in one week at the end of the month. State hosts Memphis on Sunday, March 30 at 3:30 p.m. before welcoming Jackson State the following Saturday, March 5 for a 5 p.m. match.

To close the spring, MSU will travel to Pensacola, Florida for a pair of neutral-site matches with SEC opponents. On Saturday, April 12, the Bulldogs and LSU will play two 30-minute halves followed by 2 30-minute halves against Florida starting at 2:30 p.m.
