ROSEMONT, Ill. – Former Mississippi State catcher Mia Davidson-Smith continues to find ways on base while playing with Athletes Unlimited. Her team went 2-1 in Week 2, and she totaled 210 points.

Davidson-Smith drew a walk on Friday night in one of two plate appearances. She has now reached base in every game of 2024 and reached in all 15 games of 2023. When including the 2023 AUX season, Davidson-Smith has a 21-game reached-base streak in Athletes Unlimited play.

She did not play in Saturday or Sunday's contests, but her team won both, adding 200 win points to her season total.

Davidson-Smith will now play as a member of Team Lorenz (Gold), captained by former Florida outfielder Amanda Lorenz. They will begin Week 3 on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. CT against Team Palacios (Purple) on ESPN2. They'll play at 4:30 p.m. on Bally Sports Networks on both Saturday and Sunday against Team McQuillin (Blue) and Team Kilfoyl (Orange), respectively.
