Horder, Lopez Ramirez set to tee off at Augusta National Women's Amateur

STARKVILLE – Chiara Horder and Julia Lopez Ramirez head to Augusta, Georgia to represent Mississippi State University at the Augusta National Women's Amateur. Lopez Ramirez will be making her second appearance in the tournament, while Horder will be making her debut.

Horder earned the automatic bid to the ANWA by winning the 120th Women's Amateur in the United Kingdom last summer. Lopez Ramirez enters the tournament via ranking, as she is the second ranked amateur in the world.

The duo is set to tee off round one at 8:55 CT. Lopez Ramirez will begin her day with group 21 on the front nine, while Horder and group 22 will start on the back.

The first two days will be contested at Champions Retreat Golf Club. After 36 holes, the top 30 in the standings will advance to the final round at Augusta National Golf Club.

Golf Channel will be broadcasting the Augusta National Women's Amateur. Live coverage for the first two rounds will begin at 12:30 CT, while the final round will begin at 11 CT.
