#FromStateToSundays: Week 18 Preview

There are plenty of opportunities this week to catch some of your favorite Mississippi State alumni at the next level with 25 Bulldogs currently on NFL rosters and coaching staffs.
Among the Bulldogs that have made the move #FromStateToSundays, three were selected to this year's Pro Bowl – Dak Prescott, Chris Jones and Montez Sweat. It is the fifth time that Jones and third time that Prescott have earned a Pro Bowl nod while Sweat is scheduled to make his first appearance.
Additionally, Fletcher Cox (6x), Darius Slay (5x), Elgton Jenkins (2x), Jeffery Simmons (2x) and J.T. Gray have also been selected to the Pro Bowl during their illustrious careers.
MSU also has six first-round picks currently in the league in Cox, Simmons, Sweat, Johnathan Abram, Charles Cross and Emmanuel Forbes as well as Super Bowl Champions in Jones (2x), Cox and Willie Gay Jr. State also boasts the 2016 NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year and 2022 Walter Payton Man of the Year in Prescott.
Former Mississippi State quarterback Joe Judge serves as the assistant head coach of the New England Patriots, former safety Stephen Adegoke is the safeties coach for the Houston Texans and former linebacker DeAndre Ward is the assistant strength and conditioning coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Among the Bulldogs in the NFL, Marquiss Spencer (Jets) and Darryl Williams (Jaguars) are members of the practice squad. Simmons and Tyre Phillips will miss the remainder of the season on injured reserve and Cameron Dantzler was released by the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday.
