There are plenty of opportunities this week to catch some of your favorite Mississippi State alumni at the next level with 26 Bulldogs currently on NFL rosters and coaching staffs.
Among the Bulldogs that have made the move #FromStateToSundays are Pro Bowl selections Fletcher Cox (6x), Darius Slay (5x), Chris Jones (4x), Elgton Jenkins (2x), Dak Prescott (2x), Jeffery Simmons (2x) and J.T. Gray.
MSU also has six first-round picks currently in the league in Cox, Simmons, Montez Sweat, Johnathan Abram, Charles Cross and Emmanuel Forbes as well as Super Bowl Champions in Jones (2x), Cox and Willie Gay Jr. State also boasts the 2016 NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year and 2022 Walter Payton Man of the Year in Prescott.
Former Mississippi State quarterback Joe Judge serves as the assistant head coach of the New England Patriots, former safety Stephen Adegoke is the safeties coach for the Houston Texans and former linebacker DeAndre Ward is the assistant strength and conditioning coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Among the Bulldogs in the NFL, Abram (Saints), Greg Eiland (Seahawks), Tyre Phillips (Eagles), Marquiss Spencer (Jets), Jordan Thomas (Panthers), Tyrus Wheat (Cowboys) and Darryl Williams (Jaguars) are members of the practice squad.
