Mississippi State Fan Fest Set for August 20

The day will feature fun for MSU fans of all ages and a sneak peek at the Bulldog football and volleyball teams
STARKVILLE – Mississippi State will hold its new Fall Fan Fest and preseason scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 20. The day will feature fun for MSU fans of all ages and a sneak peek at the 2022 Bulldog football and volleyball teams.
Fan Fest is set to begin at 11 a.m. in the Junction near Gate A of Davis Wade Stadium. Attractions will include a Kids' Zone with inflatables, photo booths and appearances by Bully, Belle and the MSU Spirit Squads. Free ice cream will be available for fans in attendance. Player and team autographs will not be available during this year's event.
State fans are then invited to watch the 2022 Bulldog football team in a preseason scrimmage that afternoon inside Davis Wade Stadium. Gates will open at noon with the scrimmage scheduled to begin at approximately 1 p.m. that Saturday.
Following the football scrimmage, fans are invited to attend MSU volleyball's exhibition match against UL-Lafayette starting at 4 p.m. at the Newell-Grissom Building. The Bulldogs are coming off their best season in program history and an NCAA postseason appearance. Admission to the volleyball exhibition match is free.
Mississippi State begins the 2022 football campaign with First Saturday in StarkVegas on Saturday, Sept. 3, when the Bulldogs host the Memphis Tigers in a 6:30 p.m. kickoff at Davis Wade Stadium.
Single-game tickets for this match-up are on sale now for only $25, while season tickets also remain available for purchase. Fans can purchase at HailState.com/tickets, by calling 1-888-GO-DAWGS or in person at the MSU Athletic Ticket Office on the first floor of the Bryan Athletic Administration Building (288 Lakeview Drive).
