Lopez Ramirez Earns Golfweek All-American Honors

ORLANDO, Fla.– The 2021-22 college golf season is in the books after two long weeks of championship golf at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Now that the dust has settled on the season, Golfweek announced their annual All-American awards.

Freshman Julia Lopez Ramirez secured another honor for her stellar freshman campaign. Lopez Ramirez secured a spot on the Golfweek's Third Team All-American list. This honor comes after Lopez Ramirez previously received an Honorable Mention All-American honor from the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA).
Lopez Ramirez has earned numerous awards this season for her play on the golf course. On the conference side, Lopez Ramirez was named the SEC Freshman of the Year, earned First Team All-SEC honors and was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. To go along with her WGCA honor, Lopez Ramirez was also named to the WGCA National Freshman of the Year watch list.
