STARKVILLE – Chris Jones continued to create carnage for the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 17.
The former Mississippi State standout contributed a pair of sacks to go along with four tackles and three quarterback hurries against the Bengals. Jones received the second-highest defensive grade for the Chiefs.
Jones now has nine sacks this season and his 49.5 career sacks now rank as the sixth-most in franchise history.
Jones, however, wasn't the only Bulldog that reached the quarterback this past week. Denico Autry recorded a sack for the fourth straight game for the Titans. Autry ties his personal-best from 2018 with nine sacks this season and now has 39.5 in his career.
Preston Smith also added a sack and two tackles for loss in Green Bay's win over the Vikings. Smith also has nine sacks this year and 49.5 for his career.
In the Eagles' win over Washington, Fletcher Cox combined on a sack and finished that contest with four tackles.
K.J. Wright notched the Raiders' highest defensive grade and posted a pair of tackles in their win at Indianapolis.
Marquiss Spencer made his NFL debut and made a half-tackle for Denver while Deion "Shaq" Calhoun saw action for the first time this season, playing special teams for Washington.
Dak Prescott completed 24 of 38 passes for 226 yards and three touchdowns for Dallas. It was the seventh time this season Prescott has thrown three TD's in a game tying him with Tony Romo for the most in Cowboys' history.
Prescott now has a career-best 32 touchdown passes this season and joins Romo as the only signal callers in team history to throw 30 or more TDs in a single season.
