MSU Kids Coach - Reagan Bradford

Kid Coach is a partnership between Children's of Mississippi and the Mississippi State Bulldogs to salute pediatric patients. Their inspirational stories remind us just how truly courageous these young people are.
This week's Children's of Mississippi Kid Coach is Reagan Bradford of Starkville.
When Reagan was just 18 months old, she was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. Her mom said it was the most challenging situation she and her husband had ever encountered--scary, overwhelming and quite surreal.
But the compassionate cancer clinic staff at Children's of Mississippi more than rose to the challenge. During Reagan's treatment, the team doted on the little girl they nicknamed "Rea-Rea," giving her the expert care she needed and making the family's journey a little brighter with their support and encouragement.
Now done with treatment, Regan is a happy 5-year-old and a social butterfly who does not meet a stranger. The Bradfords are a die-hard Bulldog family, and Regan got her first cowbell when she was just 6 months old.
