Ewing Will Represent Team USA at the 2021 Solheim Cup

STARKVILLE – Former Mississippi State All-American Ally Ewing will represent Team USA in the 17th Edition of the Solheim Cup. The team event will be held at the famed Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, on Sept. 4-6.
Ewing, who has earned four top-10 finishes this season on the LPGA Tour, will be making her second career appearance at the biennial event after competing for Team USA in 2019. The three-day event will bring together the top professional women's golfers from both the United States and Europe and will be played as a match-play competition that includes eight foursomes, eight four-ball and 12 singles matches.
The first two days of the Solheim Cup will feature foursome matches in the morning followed by four-ball matches in the afternoon. The event will conclude on Sept. 6 and will feature 12 singles matches.
Ewing enters the event ranked 22nd in the Rolex World Rankings and is coming off two tournaments in August, including a sixth-place finish at the Trust Golf Women's Scottish Open on Aug. 12. At the Scottish Open Ewing was 11-under par, highlighted by a season-best 63, 9-under par, on the final day of competition.
