Men’s Hoops Readies for NCAA Selection Sunday

STARKVILLE – In anticipation of Mississippi State's first NCAA Tournament selection since the 2008-09 season, the Bulldogs turn their attention towards NCAA Selection Sunday.
The 60-minute program announcing the NCAA Field of 68 will begin at 5 p.m. CT televised by CBS. The team will hold a private gathering with families to learn its March Madness destination. CBS will feature the Bulldogs with a live look-in as part of the show.
NCAA First Round action is scheduled to begin on Thursday, March 21 or Friday, March 22 at eight predetermined sites which are listed below. Game times, television network and ticket information will be released on Sunday following the CBS show.
