BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - Mississippi State head coach Ben Howland was accompanied by senior guard Tyson Carter and sophomore forward Reggie Perry during the annual #SECTipoff event on Wednesday held at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook.
Perry was named to the media's All-SEC Preseason First Team and joined Erick Dampier in 1994-95 as the only sophomores to be named to the media's preseason first team in program history. Mississippi State was chosen to finish seventh in the SEC Media Poll.
