MSU/LSU Softball Series Finale To Be Shown Live On Cox Sports Television

BATON ROUGE, La. - The midweek softball series finale between visiting Mississippi State and 11th-ranked LSU on Thursday at 5 p.m. at Tiger Park has been slated for a live regional television broadcast on Cox Sports Television affiliates, the network announced late Wednesday evening.
Cox Sports Television's coverage area reaches a 350-mile radius from New Orleans, LA and includes Louisiana, southern Mississippi, western Alabama, and the Florida panhandle. Coverage is also available in parts of eastern Texas and southern Arkansas. However, CST coverage cannot extend into markets within a 75-mile radius of Houston and Memphis.
LSU pitchers posted three-hit shutouts in each half of the series-opening doubleheader on Wednesday in Baton Rouge en route to 5-0 and 4-0 wins, respectively.
