Lady Bulldogs In Third With One Round Left At The SunTrust Lady Gator Invitational

Senior Anna Gertsson is leading the way with a score of 145, good for third place in the individual competition. After carding rounds of 71 and 74, Gertsson has her best two-round total of the season.
Freshman Beth Irwin is the second-leading scorer for MSU with a mark of 154, placing her in a tie for 18th. Junior Anna Knutsson is not far back from her teammate after posting two consecutive 78's for a score of 156, good for a tie in 24th. Freshman Natalie Booth is tied for 31st with a score of 157, while freshman Janet Dyer rounds out the MSU lineup after carding a 162 to place tied for 56th.
Host school Florida leads the tournament with a score of 600, while Louisiana State's Meredith Duncan is atop the individual's leaderboard with a score of 139.
The final round of action at the SunTrust Lady Gator Invitational begins Sunday with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
