The Bulldogs have won the last seven meetings and are 7-0 under Dan Mullen against Kentucky. The last time the Wildcats defeated MSU was on Nov. 1, 2008 by a score of 14-13 in Starkville. The Bulldogs have won five in a row in Lexington, including the last three by double digits.

Senior wide receiver Fred Ross is just one catch shy of tying the MSU career record for receptions held by David Smith, who had 162 from 1968-70. Ross is three receiving yards shy of becoming the fifth MSU player with 2,000 career receiving yards.
