Softball Weekly Promotions Announced

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Following a six-game weekend trip to Gulfport, Mississippi State softball returns home for a 5 p.m. CT Tuesday contest against UAB and the beginning of Southeastern Conference competition Friday-Sunday when Kentucky makes a trip to Starkville.
Don't miss out on a minute of action as the Bulldogs are off to the best 20-game start in program history at 19-1. MSU went 5-1 last weekend in Gulfport as the team's only setback was a 1-0 loss in eight innings to No. 12/12 Baylor.
After the 5 p.m. Tuesday tilt, MSU opens the series against Kentucky on Friday with a 6 p.m. contest. The teams square off Saturday at 3 p.m. and finish the weekend set Sunday with a 1 p.m. start.
TUESDAY PROMOTIONS
The game against the Blazers will be Mardi Gras Night. FREE maroon and white beads will be given out, as well as FREE king cake.
Weekday games this season are also home to great deals from our concession stand with $2 hot dogs and $2 popcorn.
KENTUCKY DEALS
At Friday's series opener, autographed 2014 team posters will be given away while supplies last.
Prior to Saturday's contest, Hail State foam fingers will be given away while supplies last.
Every Sunday this spring at the MSU Softball Stadium is Kids Day. At the field will be FREE face tattoos and ice cream for fans and kids in eighth grade and under can run the bases after the game.
