WMSV To Broadcast 25 MSU Softball Games In 2008

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Twenty-five Mississippi State regular-season softball games, along with any SEC and NCAA postseason appearances, emphasize the WMSV 91.1 FM softball broadcast schedule.
The schedule includes 24 games of State's Southeastern Conference conference schedule, including complete series sets against LSU, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas. The schedule will begin with MSU's SEC-opening three-game set at Auburn and will conclude with every potential Mississippi State game in the 2007 SEC Tournament in Baton Rouge, La., as well as possible appearances by the Bulldogs in the NCAA Regionals, Super Regionals and the NCAA Women's College World Series.
The broadcast schedule will be aired by Starkville's WMSV 91.1, the official campus radio station of Mississippi State University. Live streaming audio of all WMSV programming is also available for listeners via a live audio link on WMSV's web site, wmsv.msstate.edu. RealPlayer is required to listen to WMSV's audio stream. Broadcasting veteran Anthony Craven will handle the play-by-play duties.
