May 30, 2007 | Softball
Bramlett already earned Second Team All-SEC and All-Freshman, as well as being named SEC Freshman of the Year.
The two-time SEC Freshman of the Week turned in one of the best rookie performances at State. Bramlett is one of two players to start every game this season. Bramlett finished the year setting a new MSU single-season stolen base record with 46. She was also tied for second in the conference with 56 runs scored and tied for fourth in hits with 83. She also finished the year with a .386 batting average, placing her seventh in the SEC. Her 38 consecutive stolen bases from February 16 to April 4 is the second longest streak ever at Mississippi State.
Along with Bramlett, the SEC had 11 other players earn All-America honors, tied for most on the squad from one conference.
