Cheer Recruiting - Official Submission

When you submit your video, please copy/past the unlisted YouTube link into the appropriate line below in the submission form. Please make sure all PROSPECT INFORMATION is for the student desiring to be recruit, and not any parent/guardian information as that will have a separate field later on in the submission form.
Athletes desiring to be recruited for All Girl and/or Coed need to submit separate videos and submission forms.
