Mark Ouimet enters his first season as assistant recruiting coordinator at Mississippi State. Ouimet comes to Starkville from Ann Arbor, Mich. where he spent the past 10 year. During that stint, Ouimet spent the last two years as the Director of Football Operations for the All-American Football League. Prior to that, he spent two years as the Vice President of Football Operations for the PMG Sports Company.

For four years prior, Ouimet worked with the University of Michigan football program fi rst serving as an Assistant Recruiting Coordinator and Special Teams Assistant followed by an assignment as the Coordinator of Player Development for the football Wolverines.

Ouimet spent time as an Account Representative for the Detroit Pistons in 1998. For three years prior, Ouimet was a football graduate assistant for Northwood University in Midland, Mich. from 1996-98.

Ouimet earned his bachelor's in Business Administration from Siena Heights College in 1995, followed by a MBA from Northwood in 1997.
